Your experience begins at 7:00 PM at Carusu Farm, surrounded by the scents and colors of our vegetable garden, where we passionately grow the ingredients that tell the story of our land. In this peaceful countryside setting, we’ll welcome you with a welcome aperitif.

This is a moment to discover our philosophy up close — rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and deep respect for the territory.

After the aperitif, we’ll personally accompany you by jeep to the restaurant, where the journey continues at the table.

There, you’ll enjoy a tasting menu designed to reflect what you’ve just seen — garden produce transformed with care and technique, in a culinary experience that blends tradition and contemporary vision.
